Almost 3 ounces of marijuana at home: 31 year old arrested in Cagliari
The man, of Gambian origin, was tried for direct and sentenced to one year and 4 months in prison
A 31-year-old of Gambian nationality was arrested by the Falchi of the Cagliari Police Headquarters, for the crime of detention for the purpose of drug dealing.
The arrest took place in the Marina district. The agents noticed a strange coming and going in the house that the foreigner shared with some compatriots, triggering a search.
In the room used by the 31-year-old the Hawks thus recovered about 250 grams of marijuana, partly divided into doses ready for sale.
The man was therefore arrested and tried very quickly.
At the end of the hearing, the judge imposed a sentence of 1 year and 4 months and a fine of 4 thousand euros.
