No notification of the conclusion of investigations was delivered to Gianluca Vacchi for the alleged building abuses of his mega villa on the Pantogia hill, in Porto Cervo, which the Tempio Pausania Prosecutor's Office is investigating. The documents are thus returned to the public prosecutor, who will have to proceed with the notifications to the suspects : the entrepreneur, DJ and influencer from Bologna, the designer Giovanni Faggioli from Milan and the entrepreneur Giovanni Maria Filigheddu from Arzachena, all involved in the construction of the sumptuous summer residence on the Costa Smeralda.

A legal quibble that further postpones the start of the trial in the Gallura court, and which in fact keeps work on the fifteen-bedroom villa for a total of 1,200 square meters , plus another thousand of terraces, a nightclub, two lodges with suites and a padel court for a value of 15 million euros, at a standstill. Already in March 2023, the construction site had ended up under the magnifying glass of the technical office of the Municipality of Arzachena, which had issued an order for the demolition and restoration of some areas deemed abusive and in excess of the authorized building volumes.

According to what was found at the time by investigators from the Forestry Corps, working under the mandate of the prosecutor Gregorio Capasso, " the villa is located in an area at risk of hydrogeological and landslide hazards , at high risk and was built without prior authorization from the relevant body and without a geological study."

Everything is in order, however, for Gianluca Vacchi's defenders, lawyers Gino Bottiglioni, Gian Comida Ragnedda and Giampaolo Murrighile: « We are ready to demonstrate that there is no building abuse and that the building complies with the authorization , while keeping in mind that the dispute concerns a very modest portion compared to the overall surface area of the villa», they declared the day after the direct summons to trial for their client and the other two defendants.
