Alarm raised in Senorbì, farmland on fire: two helicopters in the air. A fire also broke out in Usini.
Fires are raging in the Cagliari and Sassari areas, and operations are underway.

The Forestry Corps is responding with the support of two light B3 helicopters from the operational bases of Villasalto and San Cosimo on a rural fire in the Senorbì area, in the S'Utturu Brebei area.
The DOS (Director of Fire Extinguishing Operations) of the Senorbì Forestry Station is coordinating the fire-fighting operations on site.
The fire is affecting agricultural areas close to a reforestation project.
This morning, with a light B3 from the Bosa Forestry Corps base and a twin-engine AS332 Superpuma from the Alà dei Sardi base, the operators intervened on a forest fire in the countryside of the Municipality of Usini, in the Santa Maria area.
