The managers of a asylum in Vanzago, in the province of Milan, are under investigation. In particular, six are the judicial measures issued against the owner of the nursery school and 5 teachers by the Court of Milan due to the alleged coercive and violent methods practiced in the structure . The investigations started from the reports of some interns.

The suspects, according to what was reported by the carabinieri who conducted the investigation, " screamed at the children, even using scurrilous expressions or slammed them on the floor to force them to sit down or woke them up by standing them up by abruptly lifting them from their sides ".

An intern told of an elbow in the face of a child of about one year so strong that it caused a wound to the lip and a lot of blood . Other witnesses speak of knees, tugs and daily reproaches. Once a little girl, recalls a witness, "was locked in the bathroom in a stroller to make her stop crying and, when we went to wake her up, we found her vomiting on her body".

According to the judge, the physical and mental violence perpetrated against the children denote a "marked social danger" of the suspects, recipients of the precautionary measure of the daily obligation to present themselves to the police and the disqualification of the prohibition to exercise the profession.
