The Court accepted the appeal of the animal rights associations
The Tar of Trento has suspended the order for the slaughter of the bear Jj4 , the animal that killed the runner Andrea Papi in the night between 5 and 6 April, in Val di Sole .
This was announced on social channels by the Lav association, which filed an appeal against the measure in recent days. The reason for the suspension is given by a series of assessments regarding the usefulness of killing the animal .
«The culling of the bear is useless . It would also hinder the management of future investigations to clarify the facts and the further responsibilities to be identified," the Animal Rights Party also declared. "Great victory, the bears and the Trentino people have the right to live in peace," the Anti-Vivisection League wrote on its page.
