According to what emerges from the documents of the investigation, the woman's ex-partner, Mirko Genco, the 24-year-old arrested by the carabinieri on charges of being the perpetrator of the murder, recorded the last 53 minutes of the life of the woman with his smartphone. victim, who before the crime would also have raped.

"I wanted to keep her voice as a souvenir because that would be the last day I would see her, because her mother didn't want us to see each other", the man - I confessed - explained to the investigators.

From the vision of the images, which begin in a room, where the man reached the 34-year-old on the evening of the crime, the investigators would have found confirmation on the dynamics and on the version provided by Genco himself in the first interrogations.

According to what was ascertained by the autopsy, Loyaza - whose lifeless body was found in the park in via Adelina Patti, in the Mirabello area of the Emilian city, was killed with four stab wounds in the throat.
