One year of imprisonment. This is the sentence imposed by the court of Rome on the carabiniere Silvio Pellegrini, accused of abuse of office and revelation and use of official secrecy for having photographed Christian Gabriel Natale Hjorth while he was blindfolded in a barracks after his arrest in the affair linked to the murder of deputy brigadier Mario Cerciello Rega, which occurred in 2019.
That shot ended up in a chat, causing controversy.
