The excited moments began at the end of a speech by Stefano Patuanelli (M5S) in defense of the Constitution, when all the opposition senators took out a tricolor and displayed it, while some of them went down to the chamber.

Licia Ronzulli, who presided over the chamber, did not immediately suspend the session and ordered some opposition parliamentarians not to film the scene with their cell phones, "otherwise we will end up on the sites", she said.

In the meantime, a commotion began in the center of the hemicycle when the clerks and the police commissioner Antonio De Poli
