"I have asked" Israel to conduct "more surgical strikes" against Hezbollah in Lebanon, Donald Trump said in an interview with NBC News. "I would like Lebanon to have a better life," he added.
Meanwhile, the IDF spokesperson this morning published a new urgent evacuation notice in Arabic on social media for residents of the city of Tyre and the Al-Bass and Zuqaq al-Mafdi refugee camps in southern Lebanon.
"In light of Hezbollah's violation of the ceasefire agreement, the Israeli army is forced to take forceful action against it. The army does not intend to harm the civilian population. We reiterate our warning: for your own safety, you must immediately evacuate your homes and move north of the Zahrani River," the spokesperson wrote.
“Anyone who is in the vicinity of Hezbollah members, its facilities or its military equipment is putting their lives at risk,” he added.
