Europe must help Ukraine, and Ukraine will always help Europe : we are part of a whole. We have gained enormous experience to share on the technical, technological, and legal levels. Some countries have Patriot missiles: we must help us prepare for winter. It's in everyone's interest. If the skies are clear, people will stay in Ukraine as long as possible . If we advance toward the end of the war, they will return.

Thus, in an interview with Corriere della Sera, reported by Ansa, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. He added regarding Italy: "I have an excellent relationship with Giorgia and I respect her greatly. I am grateful to the Italians and to those who have supported us from the beginning. But it is not a relationship in which Italy helps and Ukraine gives nothing in return . We share experience on weapons: which ones work, which ones don't, what improvements our engineers and military have introduced. We have production collaborations in both countries and an excellent relationship with Leonardo. This exchange also helps Italian technology grow. Italians work in the factories in Italy: they are jobs, not just aid to Ukraine. We must continue like this, also to build European air defense." And again: " Russia has long been waging a hybrid war against Europe, including against Italy, France, Great Britain, and Germany. It is not a full-scale war against us, but it is waged through television, the media, the internet, and social networks. Citizens have the right to be satisfied or dissatisfied with their governments; they must not be manipulated by Russian campaigns. How they live and who they elect must be decided by Italians, French, Ukrainians, and Spaniards. Not by Russians. Moscow exploits the migration issue and will continue to do so. It uses any divisive issue: religion, language, gender. We see it in Europe, the United States, and Ukraine.

Regarding relations with the United States, "the limitations on intelligence sharing and the reduction in Starlink's speed are no longer mere threats but a reality," Zelensky said. "It's unfair to us. We remain grateful to the American people and Trump's team. But there must be honesty between partners."

" The strategic relationship with the United States," he added, "has always been important, since the beginning of the occupation and especially during the full-scale war . The American people, the administrations, and the two parties have supported us: I am grateful for that. We have always wanted a relationship based on honesty, justice, and transparency. I don't want to hide anything from the American president. We may have different opinions and interests, but our peoples have much more in common than America and Russia. Collaboration exists: we receive American weapons through programs funded by the Europeans. Today, we pay for those weapons. We want to continue having open, honest, and pragmatic relations."

"If they want to discuss negotiations and a peace agreement with Putin," he added, "we're always open. Regardless, because peace is the priority. Personal issues remain personal. I'm ready to meet with them, perhaps as early as this week. If Ukraine is on the table, however, we'd like Ukraine to be consulted."
