“The Israeli occupation has committed a new massacre against thousands of hungry mouths waiting for help,” Ashraf al-Qudra said in a statement on Telegram, as reported by Al Jazeera.

The attack occurred at the Kuwait roundabout in Gaza City, killing at least 20 people and wounding 150 others, the militants' spokesman said.
