He was recognized as Fouad L., he professes to be a neo-Nazi and an alcoholic and has a history of animal cruelty, as reported by some Dutch media.

According to what has been reconstructed, the young man, dressed in combat gear, first opened fire in an apartment in the Dutch city - where he killed a woman and a 14-year-old girl - and then rushed into the University, where he killed a teacher. The “ casus belli ” would have been an argument with the teacher.
