The carabinieri of the Monserrato station, also thanks to the video surveillance systems and the testimonies of the people involved, tracked him down: subjected to the breathalyser, the 25-year-old from Cagliari was found with an alcohol level of more than four times the maximum permitted limit.
For the young man who, according to the Carabinieri's reconstructions, caused the nocturnal carambola, both the failure to render aid and the one for drunk driving were filed. The seizure of the vehicle is also inevitable.
Three people were injured in the clash and rushed to hospital by 118, one also in code red. However, none of them are in danger of dying.
