The clashes in the port of Oristano between the police and demonstrators and the all-out garrison have definitively turned the spotlight on the assault on Sardinia : «Politics has not listened to us and an urban planning issue risks turning into a social emergency». The immediate words of Luigi Pisci, spokesperson of the Sarcidano committee and exponent of regional coordination, confirm that a lot of anger is still smoldering under the ashes.

In the end, before dawn, after four hours of blockade by the demonstrators, a vehicle with five shovels on top of the enormous "body" left the quay, heading towards Villacidro. There, close to the Linas mountains so dear to Giuseppe Dessì, there is an area where the concrete plinths on which to hoist these 230 meter giants have already been made.

«The project was authorized», continued Pisci, «but didn't the Regional Council approve a moratorium that blocks everything for 18 months? So it is not maintenance and, in any case, this is confirmation that those who govern us in the Region lie knowing they are lying."

The moratorium approved by the Regional Council on the proposal of the Council is therefore under fire. Not from now, actually.
