"The aim of the measure is to clarify procedures," the Environment Department states, "ensuring certainty regarding timelines and the quality of the investigation."

The situation

While awaiting a response to the Pratobello 24 law, which—as Orgosolo Mayor Pasquale Mereu points out—wasn't forthcoming due to bad weather, they've decided to take action. In recent days, the Gallura and Sarcidano committees appeared at the Palace of Justice and filed two complaints against the wind farm projects in Ittiri-Villanova Monteleone (consisting of 11 wind turbines) and a wind farm in Buddusò.
