War between trade unions at Brotzu, the three "excluded" will have to be in the delegation

The RSU of Arnas Brotzu had excluded three unions from the negotiations, but now the Cagliari court is ordering an about-face .

Nursing Up, Usb Sanità and Nursind were right, the company will have to include them in the delegation: «We are confident», they say, «that now the Rsu del Brotzu can change course and work together in the general interest of workers». Not only that, according to the three acronyms, the resignation of the current president of the RSU Irene Desogus would be appropriate , without prejudice to the reservation of proceeding with a claim for compensation against the architects of the attempt to limit our prerogatives.

Diego Murracino , of Nursing Up, still turns up his nose, who considers it shameful that they had to go "to the court to guarantee respect for the electoral expression of the Brotzu workers against other union organizations that have tried to limit our prerogatives of representation ". Precisely the conduct of "colleagues" at the center of the speech by Fabrizio Anedda , of Nursind: «A beautiful victory, which must make us reflect on the scandalous exclusionary behavior exercised by the various workers' representatives who have tried to limit the representativeness of our unions» .

The words of Gianfranco Angioni , of Usb Sanità, are of the same tenor: «Finally we put an end to a shameful trade union parenthesis that saw us protagonists of serious damage to our image and our prerogatives, shamefully and knowingly carried forward to try to silence a dissonant voice. In addition to not hesitating to claim financial compensation, we will continue to fight harder for stabilisations, hiring, an increase in staff numbers and compliance with contractual hours".

Not only the parties involved, Marco Pulisci of FSI also takes the floor, hoping that "in line with the ordinance, the representation of the FSI list will also be included in the delegation dealing with RSU, to avoid a further lawsuit against the persistence of the current exclusion" .

Finally, the solidarity of Giovanni Congiu , dean of the Cisna trade union, who hopes that «in Brotzu's RSU there will never again be attempts to gag towards trade union freedom».
