A 25-year-old resident of Quartu Sant'Elena was arrested this morning in Uta by the carabinieri, caught red-handed for the crime of evasion.
The young man, unemployed and with previous charges against him and domiciled in a special structure for the crime of mistreatment in the family, was tracked down by the carabinieri in the center of Uta, recognized and taken to the barracks. The 25-year-old, after leaving the facility yesterday evening, never returned.
The arrested person, after the formalities necessary for the documentation of the incident, was taken to court in Cagliari, where he will be tried with a very direct rite, set for today morning.
