The Quartu Carabinieri have followed up on an order ordering house arrest for a 41-year-old local laborer known for previous legal proceedings.
The man would have violated the measure of removal from the family home and the prohibition of approaching the places frequented by the ex-girlfriend.
He had approached it at a shorter distance than the prescribed one, 300 meters.
Hence the aggravation of the precautionary measure ordered by the investigating judge: if he were to violate it again he could end up in prison.
