The wording is 3rd Csen national freediving and spearfishing stage, but in reality the one in Stintino had international resonance. In fact, not only students from Sardinia and the Peninsula but also from Jamaica, Germany and Switzerland participated. Moreover, at the Ancora Una Hotel and Yacht Club in Stintino, the teachers were Massimo Scarpati, the strongest Italian underwater fisherman of all time, world champion, and multiple European champion, and Emanuela De Lullo, number 9 in the world and national contact person for diving and free-diving activities of Csen, CONI's first sports promotion body.
Emanuela De Lullo and Mariano Satta, both ambassadors of C4 Carbon, dealt with the fundamentals of freediving and its pre- and post-dive breathing techniques, the mentality of approach to the discipline, the safety procedures, the equipment to be used and the various fishing techniques with numerous sessions at sea.
Mariano Satta's teaching proved to be the most innovative aspect of the internship, with a theory not made up of long classroom sessions, but applied directly by the pool and in the sea.
Always in the same location, Emanuela De Lullo, with the support of the Csen and its national president Francesco Proietti, created the first Blue Deep Experience, an event dedicated to families to bring young people together with their parents to the marine world with catamaran excursions and sailing boat in the Asinara park, specifically designed to allow you to explore the pristine seabed of the park in complete safety and with the equipment made available by C4 Carbon, experimenting with freediving and discovering the marine flora and fauna.
