Two accidents occurred late yesterday evening near Siniscola.

The first was around 11pm at the Agrustos crossroads, involving an Alfa 156 and a Mercedes.

The two occupants of the Alfa, Neapolitan tourists, remained stuck in the passenger compartment and a team of firefighters intervened with a retractor and shears to facilitate their extraction. Both young people ended up in the hospital.

A little over an hour later, around 00.15, at km 287 of Statale 125, a Fiat 500 driven by a local young man collided with a Ford Ka carrying four female tourists from Florence and overturned after the impact.

Here too 118 intervened. The Carabinieri carried out the findings on the spot, in both incidents.
