The recovery operations of the ultralight that crashed in the waters in front of the Tortolì airport concluded yesterday evening shortly after 8 pm.

To remove it from the shore, where it had been placed and made safe by the Tortolì fire brigade, the intervention of a mechanical vehicle was necessary which unloaded it on land near the parking area.

The aircraft was impounded . The investigations are entrusted to the carabinieri of the Tortolì station, coordinated by the deputy prosecutor on duty, Giovanna Morra.

In the meantime, the Italian Aero Club, on whose registers the aircraft is registered, has also launched its own investigation to understand the reasons for the accident. The two wounded, a 65-year-old man and a 30-year-old girl, both from Cagliari, were slightly bruised .
