Administrative mess at the Ogliastra Industrial Consortium. The TAR has frozen the measure with which the extraordinary administrator of the Province of Ogliastra, Marzia Mameli, revoked Franco Ammendola from his role as president.

At least until March 26, the 74-year-old entrepreneur will return to lead the organization. The effectiveness of the contested acts was suspended forty-eight hours after the ruling with which the same second section of the Administrative Court (president Antonio Plaisant) had rejected Ammendola's original appeal. The scenario changed once, on February 25, the vice president of the Consortium, Rocco Meloni, called the general assembly. Precisely in light of the call, Ammendola resubmitted the request, which was then accepted by the judge.
