The owner of the premises will have to answer for the non-functioning of the waste collection and disposal system through a septic tank.

At this point the ball passes to the Carabinieri Ecological Operational Unit (NOE) of Cagliari and to the Municipality of Arbus, each for the part of their own competence.

The health and administrative authorities have been informed by the Carabinieri del Nas.

The operation of the septic tank will need to be restored shortly .
