Extraordinary inspection of the Santissima Trinità hospital after the report of an alleged invasion of ticks, forwarded by the Fials union to the general management of the Cagliari local health authority.

To reassure employees and users, the company's medical director, Roberto Massazza, let it be known that "the contractor has already adopted the usual plan of scheduled interventions to prevent cases of infestation".

The management "received no reports from patients", while trade unionists Paolo Cugliara and Giampaolo Mascia spoke of employees who would have resorted to medical treatment after an encounter with a mint.

However, Massazza also adds that the director of the execution of the disinfestation contract has been changed in recent days and "it will be the concern of the company to check if" in the transitional period "reports have arrived".
