Road accident in Villaputzu , where around 10 a Piaggio Porter crashed into a tree due to causes under investigation.
The two occupants, husband and wife both from Villaputzesi, aged 92 and 82 respectively, were extracted from the cockpit by the Fire Brigade of the San Vito detachment.
The driver was transported by ambulance to the San Marcellino hospital in Muravera while his wife, who allegedly suffered several traumas and fractures, was transferred by helicopter rescue to Brotzu.
On the spot, the 118 rescuers and the local station carabinieri to regulate traffic and to make legal findings.
