A trader from Belvì was fined and reported by the Carabinieri of the local station, following an activity carried out with the technical staff of ARPA Sardegna (Regional Agency for the Protection of the Environment of Sardinia).
The fine notified by the military amounts to 4,200 euros . The man would have violated the obligation to communicate and keep the mandatory registers and forms required by law. The complaint instead came for the crime of uncontrolled storage and illegal disposal of hazardous waste .
In the same town, the Carabinieri, following a series of investigations carried out, denounced a fifty-year-old man, under investigation for having taken possession - with a tractor - of material from an abandoned railway line . In Desulo, however, the military reported a man, now under investigation, for damaging a car . The report came from the victim.
