The wind whips Cagliari and the Municipality orders the temporary closure of the parks of Bonaria and Tuvixeddu and also of the city cemeteries.

«Due to the worsening weather conditions due to strong gusts of wind and with the aim of preserving public safety and health – reads a note from Palazzo Bacaredda -, the immediate closure of the Bonaria Park has been ordered as a precaution. and the upper path of the Tuvixeddu Park. Localized closures in other city parks and gardens will also be possible, assessed on a case-by-case basis. All city cemeteries are also closed.

"Once the emergency ends - warns the administration -, normal usability of all parks will be restored and timely communication will be given".
