Irregular procedures and an examination center, a pavilion of the Fiera di Cagliari without air conditioning, not compatible with the torrid heat on the way: these are the reasons which lead the unions to ask for the suspension of the preselection of the competition for managers of the Region set for on July 19, with about 3,000 participants expected for 40 seats.

"In recent weeks we have represented the numerous weaknesses that the procedure presents, proposing to act immediately to protect the participants", write CGIL, CISL, UIL, Fesal and Clares.

"After the postponement of the pre-selection from 27 June to 19 July (due to the ascertainment of a violation with respect to the provisions of the announcement)", reads a note, "we have not received any other substantive answers".

Then came a resolution of July 13, "which appears to be an attempt to correct the regulatory assumptions supported so far, and which has strengthened the concerns about the opportunity to carry out the selection".

The unions fear the risk of appeals "with possible profiles of tax damage". And they also dispute the location: for 19 July there is fear of peak heat and in the pavilion of the chosen Fair there is no air conditioning, with thousands of people inside.
