The Region moves the new Cagliari stadium: from Sant'Elia to Su StangioniThere is a project: a plant in the large area drawn by state roads 554 and 131 Dir, north of the city. The Fair would also go there
Away from Sant'Elia. While politics - and not only that - is focused on the maxi funding of 50 million requested by Cagliari football, the Regional Council moves the stadium: the new facility could be built in Su Stangioni, in a large area defined by state roads 554 and 131 Dir a north of the city.
There is also a computer simulation of the project: in the area, around the Civil Motorization, there could also be a place for the new fair and other sports facilities, in addition to the parking lots needed to serve the facilities.
In the meantime, the fibrillation of the majority increases in the Regional Council: the Brothers of Italy presented an amendment to the Budget law to allocate 50 million euros, while the Democratic Party had already filed a proposal to reserve 30 million for the project.
