For years he mistreated his 62-year-old mother to the point that, after the woman's complaint, he was removed from the family home with a provision from the investigating judge of the Court of Cagliari.
After some time, however, the woman forgave him, welcoming him back under her own roof.
The carabinieri, however, during a check, discovered the situation and intervened.
The man – a 44-year-old from Sant'Anna Arresi, unemployed due to violation of the provision for removal from the family home.
