High tension between the Sassari ASL and the trade unions.
The director of Asl 1 Flavio Sensi sent a pec of warning to the general and health secretariats of CGIL, CISL and UIL .
They have ten days to retract the heavy accusations about the state of the health system and the lack of dialogue with the leaders of the ASL of Sassari, expressed during the assembly of delegates last week .
If they do not, there will be lawsuits and claims for damages. Threats that have done nothing but exacerbate even more the already difficult relations between the parties, so much so that the unions respond by proclaiming a general strike .
"After what happened at the hands of the ASL of Sassari and the general manager Flavio Sensi, our sense of responsibility leads us, in the interest of the workers, the workers and the whole community to start the procedures for the strike, which we sent to companies involved, institutions, competent bodies, the Prefecture of Sassari ", explain the trade unions.
Sensi in his letter of formal notice challenges the accusations of lack of trade union relations, arguing that "such statements are detrimental to the image of the Company as they are freely disparaging ".
In the coming days, the unions will hold a sit-in in front of the ASL 1 headquarters and communicate the date of the general strike, with only one request: the resignation of the CEO Sensi.
