Oristano, the correspondent of Striscia Cristian Cocco under investigation for extortion
His former camera operator reported it, now he will have to appear in February before the investigating judge for the preliminary hearing. The defense ready to give battle
The investigation started after the ex-camera operator's complaint accusing Cristian Cocco, correspondent of Striscia la Notizia, of forcing him to share the fees that Mediaset gave him with him .
Cocco has therefore found himself under investigation for extortion and in February he will have to appear before the investigating judge of the Court of Oristano : the Public Prosecutor's Office has in fact requested that he be indicted. The cameraman worked with Cocco for the services they sent to the Mediaset broadcast.
The decision of the judge called to rule on the prosecutor's motion or on the acquittal of the suspect will be known in February . The defense, the lawyer Cristina Puddu, is ready to give battle, rejects the accusations and claims that the whole affair is unclear, as well as having caused damage to Cocco in his work.
