Also “Who saw it?” dealt with the case of Karol Canu and Giuseppe Contini , the two teenagers from Olbia who vanished into thin air for a week now. And at the end of the episode, some "important" reports arrived from some of the boys' friends, all to be verified but which could put the investigators on the right track.

The cameras of the Rai3 broadcast yesterday entered Canu's house, where there were his mother Giulia, his sister Chiara Baroni and Antonello Contini, Giuseppe's father .

The two boys, explains Contini, had only recently known each other: " They met at the end of last year, they had been going out together sporadically for three weeks, they had a drink and went to play table football ."

Both left on Thursday without taking anything, so no escape planned. “He didn't even take a backpack,” says Contini. «Karol left without taking anything, clothes, backpack, pouch, not even the charger».

Chiara lines up the reliable reports: Karol and Giuseppe were seen together, last Thursday, «at 7.30pm in the Fausto Noce park, at 8.20pm in Viale Aldo Moro Alta in a tobacconist, between 9pm and 9.15pm in Piazza Mercato». Normal stages for teenagers from Olbia, the cell that last hooked up the cell phones of the two is located near the agricultural institute attended by Giuseppe and Karol (the latter had decided to abandon school). «We could start from here», says Contini's father.

Karol's sister, also given her young age, is investigating among the boys' friends: « We are trying to do what we can, also among friends and acquaintances of Karol and Giuseppe, but we notice that all the boys are afraid to speak, both with us and with the police ."

«Anyone who knows something – is the appeal – also report it to us anonymously. Please don't be afraid, help us understand what happened to the boys."

The presenter of the program Federica Sciarelli instead addresses the parents of the friends of the two young people who vanished into thin air: « See the desperation of these people, talk to your children. Surely someone saw them on Thursday before their disappearance ."

At the end of the episode, Sciarelli returns to connect with the Canu house, no reports were received on the broadcast but someone showed up directly in Olbia, responding to Chiara's heartfelt appeal: " The reports arrived here - explains the correspondent -, some friends came forward, we decided not to reveal the details which need to be verified but are important, perhaps they are putting us on the right track ."

Chiara's new appeal follows, then the words of Giuseppe Contini, grandfather of the same name of one of the two missing people who lives in Ottana and in the meantime has arrived at the house: " I'll wait for you at home, remember that you had to prepare for the carnival ", he says, turning to his nephew.
