The emergency has returned to the coast between Sarroch and Pula: the mayors Angelo Dessì and Walter Cabasino have issued an order revoking the bathing ban that came into force yesterday .
The provision was adopted by the two Municipalities following the results of the analyzes carried out by Arpas on the coastal waters, which had revealed that the limits of the microbiological parameters had been exceeded in a large part of the coast, a figure not compatible with bathing. The alarm has been lifted, and the coastal beaches are once again open to swimmers , in short: it remains to be understood what the triggering factor was that increased the battery charge present in the water. To avoid new episodes, the two mayors asked for the help of the competent authorities and arranged checks along the coast.
