Terralba, on Saturday and Sunday the Open Monuments event returns

Doors open in many monuments that can be visited for free thanks to the presence of special guides: students and volunteers. With the aim of making known the heritage of the area. There will also be Terralba among the Municipalities that will take part in the 27th edition of Monumenti Aperti on Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 June . Last of five weekends which involved sixty municipal administrations of Sardinia who hosted the event and opened the doors of their most precious cultural assets to offer them to the story of thousands of young students.

The various people in charge of the town's monuments, the state comprehensive institute, the Cpia evening course, the students of the "Alessandra Saba" civic school of music, the Pro Loco, Livas and the cultural associations "Selas" and " Pink Grenades". It will be possible to visit the church of San Pietro Apostolo , the Farmer's Museum which is located in the Funtanedda district and which houses, both inside and outside, objects and utensils of daily use and of the agricultural world which are no longer in use.

Then Sa Domu de Tzia which reflects that of the traditional house in Campidano raw earth, Su Magasiu de Akraxiu , a recently restored ancient room which houses an exhibition of period clothes but also Casa Studio Dina Pala, a typical Campidanese house which houses frescoes and paintings made by the painter from Terralbese.
