Ten indictments, one acquitted, in the case of the alleged competitions piloted at the University of Sassari . This morning the judge of the preliminary hearings Giuseppe Grotteria decided to send ten people to trial, including professors, department directors, research fellows from the University. They are accused of an alleged "troubled freedom of the race", dating back to 2017, regarding tenders that, according to the accusation made by the prosecutor Giovanni Porcheddu, would have been tailor-made to allow the participation of only one candidate.

The lawyers of the other defendants are Agostinangelo Marras, Sebastiano Chironi, Anna Laura Vargiu, Marcello Ascia, Rosangela Mele, Gabriele Satta, Luigi Satta, Marco Loi, Cecilia Marino, Mariano Mameli, Luca Sciaccaluga, Roberto Scano.
