A flurry of precedents, linked to episodes of violence. But there was not even a shadow of repentance in the mind of a thirty-seven-year-old foreigner, homeless. So the local police of Sassari arrested him and took him to Bancali prison, on the orders of the investigating judge.

The first episode dates back to September: the man was caught inside a ruin following a report from the owners, who were unable to enter because he threatened them. At the sight of the officers, the thirty-seven-year-old had brandished the neck of a broken bottle and was knocked out with the taser.

He was required to sign: three times a week he would have to report to the judicial police offices in via Carlo Felice.

Subsequently, the man was reported by the officers on two different occasions for the theft of some items of clothing in a well-known shopping centre. In recent days he has repeatedly avoided the obligation to sign.

After the local police reported it to the prosecutor's office, the arrest was made.
