Great concern in Sorso, after yesterday's cold shower on the numerous cases of Covid 19 recorded in some city schools. Between Santa Maria elementary school and Gerolamo Cappai middle school, 36 children tested positive for the virus.
The elementary schools of Santa Maria have been closed and all the pupils (241), in addition to the teaching staff, are in quarantine at their homes.
This morning they underwent a swab in the health facility of Rizzeddu in Sassari. The results of the analyzes will be known in the next morning. As far as middle schools are concerned, Gerolamo Cappai will be quarantined for some classes and distance learning will continue (Dad).
