The judge for the preliminary investigations will decide whether to appoint his own expert to examine the mobile phones of the governor Christian Solinas , his collaborator Christian Stevelli and the entrepreneur Roberto Zedda, registered in the register of suspects by the prosecutor together with the Perugian general manager, Roberto Raimondi, with the hypothesis of corruption.

The defenders of the President of the Region, of the collaborator Christian Stevelli and of the entrepreneur Roberto Zedda presented this morning to the prosecutor Giangiacomo Pilia, owner of the file, a reservation of probative incident , requesting that the telephones and computer equipment seized by the Public Prosecutor's Office be examined by an expert appointed by the judge. Request not presented by Raimondi's lawyer who yesterday granted the appointment of the consultant for the unrepeatable technical assessment.

Now the phones will remain under lock and key , waiting for the judge to rule. In the meantime - second move by the defense - the seizures were challenged before the Review Court which will decide in the next few days on the legitimacy of the provision.

There are two lines of investigation that see President Solinas at the center of the investigations. One concerns the sale of a real estate property in Capoterra to the entrepreneur Zedda in exchange, according to the indictment, for the president's interest in the granting of public contracts.

The hypothesis of the Finance is that the building, a former abbey, of the governor has been overestimated (550 thousand euros instead of 60 thousand) and that the additional value hides a bribe. The second trend concerns the appointment of Raimondi as general manager of Eni Cbc-Med. According to the allegations, Solinas and Raimondi would have agreed to contract lecturers and an honorary degree in Tirana and Rome in exchange for their appointment as general manager.
