A large fire broke out in the Padria countryside, in the Meilogu municipality , where flames threatened vegetation and the countryside in the S'Aldiga area. In addition to ground firefighting teams coordinated by the Forestry Corps, a helicopter from the Bosa base also assisted in the extinguishing operations, speeding up and more effective containment.

The management of firefighting activities on various fronts was coordinated by the operations director, a member of the Bonorva Forestry Corps patrol, who directed the various forces in the field, from the Forestas men to the Barracelli, managing to ensure integration between the various teams involved.

The combined action between ground personnel and air units made it possible to monitor the evolution of the fire , targeting the intervention on critical points and containing the spread of the fire in one of the areas particularly sensitive to the surrounding environment.
