Near tragedy in Siniscola: cars collide, one grazes two workers at work

Tragedy almost occurred this morning around 8am at the entrance to the industrial area of Siniscola .

Two cars collided, with one of the two grazing two workers who at that moment were preparing to mow the brushwood from the ditches of provincial road 45. Luckily neither of them was hurt.

The accident occurred in the middle of a crossroads between provincial roads 12 and 45 and the southern Siniscola junction of the 131 dcn.

The two drivers of the cars, a woman from Orani and a man from Bono, were slightly injured and were rescued by 118 and transported to the San Francesco hospital in Nuoro for checks.

Both escaped with minor injuries. The police and firefighters intervened on site.
