Over seven months of waiting, ignored reminders, and exasperating silence : the Macomer companies that helped organize the twelfth National Sardinian Sheep Show are ready to take legal action against the Sardinian Breeders' Association.

The various reminders have been unsuccessful, and a deafening silence has fallen over the matter, which, however, has sparked protests. Cagliari hasn't even heard the reminders from the municipality. The Macomer farms are now publicly denouncing the serious failure of the Sardinian Breeders' Association, responsible for the twelfth national show of Sardinian sheep, held in Macomer in early May.

"More than seven months have passed since the event closed, and despite repeated reminders, AARS has still not paid the fees owed to the companies that provided essential services for the fair's success," a statement reads. "We consider this behavior unacceptable and damaging, given the lack of clear responses and any concrete commitment."

The companies also report that the association's representative is not responding to calls or attempts to contact them , further exacerbating an already unsustainable situation. The companies are therefore demanding that Aars immediately assume responsibility, fully pay the outstanding amounts, and provide an explanation explaining the reasons for a delay they now consider unjustifiable.

"After months of silence, delays, and a lack of response," the statement concludes, "the companies declare they are ready to take all necessary action to protect their rights and the work they do."
