The funeral of Mariano Olla , the 16-year-old boy found dead at dawn on Saturday, lying in the water, a few meters from the beach of the Cuore car park, in the Sant'Elia neighborhood of Cagliari, will take place tomorrow in Sestu .

The ceremony is scheduled for 4pm in the parish of San Giorgio Martire.

The grieving community therefore gathers for a final embrace with the father, mother and sister of the young man , while the investigation into the affair widens , with investigations always against unknown persons, but now in the hypothesis that someone, without wanting to, may have contributed to causing the tragedy.

Yesterday, the autopsy was performed on the body of the sixteen-year-old , which confirmed death by drowning : the examination performed by the coroner Roberto Demontis confirmed the presence of water in the victim's lungs . On the body, however, no signs of violence or other suspicious elements.

We will now have to wait approximately 60 days to know the results of the toxicological and histological tests , to understand whether the boy had drunk alcohol or used any narcotic substances.

What is certain is that the young man took part in the beach party attended by numerous young people , both minors and adults. Someone saw him walk away and go into the water, and even tried to stop him, but then gave up for some unknown reason, just as it is not known why he and the others who were at the party were not worried when he did not return.
