"Schools collapse, students don't". It is the writing shown on the banner at the entrance of the Pythagoras scientific high school in Selargius, placed by the students on strike this morning after having reported several times the problem of water infiltration inside the institute.

"But the metropolitan city does not want to listen to us", says William Badas, representative of the institute, "every year the problem recurs, we absolutely need an intervention to put an end to the infiltration of water".

Strike which was attended by thirty classes out of thirty-seven total. “After these last rains the situation has worsened”, adds the boy, “we want a safe school, not a plexus where the plaster falls from the ceiling and the water dripping from the walls wets our bags”.
