Macabre discovery in Selargius.

A 71-year-old pensioner was found dead in a house in the countryside.

A family member raised the alarm. The carabinieri from the Quartu station and mobile radio operations unit immediately arrived on site to carry out legal investigations.

No sign of violence: the man apparently died of natural causes a few days ago.

The body, upon order of the judge, was then handed over to the family for the funeral.
