In the streets to "save public schools" and say No to school sizing , to differentiated autonomy and to the budget bill and to ask for the abolition of the Invalsi test and the hiring of all temporary workers with three years of service, with the modification of the recruitment rules.

This morning the Cobas Scuola Sardinia, in conjunction with the national strike, demonstrated under the regional council building in Cagliari to «claim on the island our opposition to the cutting of school autonomy».

Dialogue with them were regional councilors Francesco Agus of the Progressists and Laura Caddeo of the Alleanza Verdi Sinistra.

The Meloni government's financial law and the proposal for differentiated autonomy also made Cobas turn up their noses : "We are not against technology, but this is wild digitalisation, with the squandering of Pnrr funds", said Nicola Giua, representative of the Cobas family and primary school teacher, recalling that boys and girls must "learn to write with a pencil and read in paper books".

Fingers also pointed at the latest national labor contract which "provides for ridiculous increases compared to inflation and the loss of purchasing power that we have suffered in recent years".
