The validity of the new rules on quarantine and distance learning launched by the government last week kicks off today, and from today the expiry of the Green pass issued after the third dose becomes unlimited. And, again, from Friday the obligation to wear masks outdoors in the white area will stop.

“A new phase for the country” were the words of Franco Locatelli, the coordinator of the CTS.

So: in preschools, where children are not vaccinated, up to four positive cases will remain in the presence. As in elementary school: with five or more positive cases in the same class, the vaccinated and cured (less than 120 days) or after the primary vaccination cycle, the vaccinated with a booster dose and those exempt from vaccination continue the activity in the presence with the use of the Ffp2 mask.

While in middle and high school with a case of positivity in the same class the teaching activity continues for everyone with the use of Ffp2 masks. With two or more positive cases, the vaccinated and recovered continue the activity in the presence with the use of Ffp2 masks.

For the Sardinian principals, the regional president of the PNA Massimo Depau explained, the goal is to favor the return in presence "but, he adds," I find the rule a bit cumbersome for the aspects related to privacy. We await the ministerial notes to understand better ". The problem is that of controls: “We need a platform like that for teaching staff - says Depau -. Not being able to check the Green pass at the entrance, I recommend using the self-certification system, which can be sent to the school by email. Of course: it takes everyone to take responsibility, especially families, for the return to normality: it is not a game ".
