Sassari, the summer camp of the Local Police is born

Commander Gianni Serra presented it as an absolute novelty in Italy : the summer camp of the Local Police of Sassari .

In the first week of July (from 3 to 8) three students from each of the city's high schools will be involved in the activities of the Local Police and the Civil Protection.

From operational briefings in the control room (transferred exceptionally to the palaSantoru) to patrolling the beaches and surveying accidents complete with bib, cap and badge.

The formula will be that of school-work alternation and girls and boys will be insured for both accidents and civil liability towards third parties.

It is the tastiest novelty of the fifth edition of the Project on Legality created by the Local Police Command of Sassari to raise awareness among young people on behavior that respects the rules and the sense of civic education. The theme chosen is bullying and cyberbullying .

Students will form school committees to develop codes of conduct.
