Threats and arbitrary exercise of reasons. These are the two charges against 5 from Sassari discussed yesterday in court before Judge Silvia Masala, and relating to a story dating back to 2015-2016 with the accused who allegedly heaped insults and threats on the owners of the house where they lived forcing them, in fact, to barricade yourself inside.

From "I'll break all your bones" to "I'll cut your neck with a saw" to "if I find you outside, I'll kill you, I'll ruin you": the sampling of the alleged intimidations uttered against a couple aged 67 and 65 and of the daughter of the two, forced to leave the house for this reason. A young woman who would also have been insulted several times due to an alleged betrayal by the latter against one of the defendants.

The verbal assault would have been caused, the indictment recalls, "by an alleged right to the repayment of the sum of 20 thousand euros, the subject of a loan granted to the offended party". A figure which the accused demanded restitution from the girl's father and without which they would not have left the property. A climate of terror for the offended people and also for the owner's mother, according to the accusations, recalled in discussion, with the prosecutor Ilaria Achenza who asked for 8 months' imprisonment for a 42-year-old, and 6 months for all the others, a 69-year-old , a 61-year-old, a 42-year-old and a 36-year-old. The civil party, represented by the lawyers Salvatore Dettori and Antonella Spanu, joined the sentence asking for an additional 20 thousand euros in damages.

For the defenders Tania Decortes and Bastianino Ventura, however, there is no evidence of the threats and therefore there is no hypothesis of continuation of the same. Replies and sentence are expected in mid-September.
