Max Pezzali arrives in Sassari, canceling the Monday market in Piazzale Segni. Street vendors will be closed on Monday, December 29th, as decided by the City Council in preparation for the New Year's Eve concert, which will feature the former 883 band performing on the stage in the square. The structure was already under construction, and given the complexity of the project, work was required to begin several days before the event.

In fact, the workers, who occupy 80 stalls with their merchandise every Monday, feared that the ban would also apply to the following Monday, January 5th. Forza Italia city councilor Vanni Azzena also sought clarification from the mayor and the council, following requests from the Ana Ugl union, represented by its regional president Pietro Giordo and national vice president, Maddalena Battino.

But the Palazzo Ducale has responded with a closure ordinance, specifying that the closure applies only to December 29th. The municipal administration also specifies, as can be read in the order, "that December 29th, 2025, will be rescheduled on a date and in a manner to be communicated later."
